assuming you manaed to register and login (could be a big assumption haha)

Overview
You will use the website to manage Instances, Fights, Phases and Assigns.

The following gives you an example of how your screen will look.


Getting Setup
Placeholders
We will need to build some placeholders first, these must be unique, I suggest something like TANK1,TANKHEALS1 etc


1. Click "Manage Placeholders"
2. Click "Create a Placeholder"
3. Enter Name and Info and define if they are a healer or not.
4. Click "Add Placeholder"

* alternatively duplicate one of the public instances, click "Manage Placeholder" and then click "Scan for Rogue Placeholders". You can then import a series of placeholders quickly.

Healers and Tanks
Healers and Tanks will be used as replacements for the above placeholders.
So add your guild tanks and healers in (thanks Perrin for suggesting this gets added)

1. Click "Manage Healers (or Tanks)"
2. Click "Create a Healer (or Tank)" and enter Toon Name, Shortname and Class info.
3. Click "Add Healer (or Tank)"

Lets Build a New Instance
Instance
1. Click "Create a New Instance" from Actions and Management (A&M) panel
2. Select Size, Enter a Name, Acronym and Details (I put in how many tanks/healers etc are referenced in the assigns)
3. Click Add Instance

Fight
1. Click on the Instance Name to go into the details
2. Click "Create a New Fight"
3. Enter Fight Name and click Select Icon to pick an icon to show in game (depending on Export Type)

Phases and Assigns
1. Click on the fight name to go into the details
2. You can then add phases (if they are required) or assigns.
3. Click "Create A New Phase"
4. Enter the Name and Details
5. Click "Create A New Assign"
6. Select a Phase (or No Phase to add assign at the fight level)
7. Click "Add Phase"
8. Select the type of broadcast, CHANNEL, WHISPER, RAID, RAID WARNING or OFFICER
9. To Add Details you can either type in details or select a Tank or Healer from the relevant pulldown option and click "Add" to add it to the details field. You can format it however you like, I prefer "[TANK1] - [TANKHEAL1],[HOTS1]"
10. Click "Add Assign"

So you continue doing this until you have built up your instance fights, phases and assigns.

Exporting the Assigns
You can either export your entire instance list or a selected instance (by exporting from within the instance details).

1. Click "Home"
2. Click "Export all Assigns as Plain Macros" from the A&M panel
3. From here you will be see a form like this;



4. Enter your channel ID
5. Make your player selections
6. Hit "Build Assigns" and your result page will look something like this:
