 Post subject: New Header and CSS Fixed for IE

Well I have added a new header, I got rid of the banner from my blog which I found to be too big for a site where you were navigating around alot and replaced it with a nice cut down version :)

I also had to do some work on the CSS/Header layout to ensure it worked with IE (stupid IE).
